Gabby and Jake

Twins…a double blessing whose lives began with their birth mother propelled by love to fight for their future and hers. She bravely faced countless obstacles during her pregnancy to give them life and make an open adoption plan.

Jake & Gabby spent their first days tightly wrapped in the loving care of both their birth mother and adoptive parents.  This sacred relationship allows her to visit several times a year to know them, watching them grow in the family she dreamed for them.

Three years later….

Gabby, strong and independent, loves to read and play with her friends.

Jake, a fighter, adores his twin sister, toy tractors, and doing anything his Papa does.

Twins who know the wrap-around love of both their biological and adoptive family, thanks to friends like YOU.
