We combine top tier care for expectant mothers with a goal of making adoption affordable for families. Many agencies try to do one or the other. We believe both sides of the adoption equation deserve our full support.
When a young woman reaches out to us, most often she thinks she needs information. In reality, she needs information and more. She needs care. She needs a non-biased listener who isn’t going to be surprised at what she might say. She needs some tools to help her think and feel her way toward a decision. She needs a friend, and she finds that at Zoe’s House.
Adoptive families come to us with a lot of excitement, but a lot of trepidation as well. They’re concerned about their own hearts, about the risk inherent in adoption, and about expenses as well.
We believe that every young woman deserves the right to write a good future for her baby, and we believe that expenses should not determine who becomes adoptive parents and who does not.
Our approach is to partner with people who love life, who believe that young women deserve our respect, and who believe that anyone who works hard should be able to adopt. We ask those people to help cover the significant portion of our budget that our artificially low fees do not.
Right now, we’re working hard to meet a $30,000 matching grant goal. We have a few more weeks. In this time, every dollar you give toward caring for a birth mom or helping an adoptive family is doubled.
